With a foundation in Mechanical Engineering from Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College and an MBA in Finance from Calcutta University, he combines technical expertise with strategic financial acumen. His leadership roles span across continents, including his tenure as CEO of Great Joy Management Ltd., Hong Kong, where he spearheads cross-border fund movement, SPV structuring, and stock exchange listings while ensuring compliance with international financial regulations.

As Principal Consultant at INCOTEL Technologies Pte Ltd, Singapore, Siddhartha has facilitated the establishment of Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and innovative umbrella structures in international markets, including Nepal. His extensive advisory experience includes real estate development, greenfield acquisitions, and infrastructure projects, leveraging his expertise in government policy analysis and community planning.

Previously, as an engineer and divisional head with the West Bengal State Electricity Board, he contributed to large-scale power sector projects, from planning to grid management.
