About Us
Krishi Bikash Shilpa Kendra (KBSK) is recognized as a Local Authority by the Government of India. In order to provide for a common framework for Urban Local Bodies and strengthen the functioning of the bodies as effective democratic units of Self Government, (Parliament enacted 74th Constitution Amendment) Act, 1992. The Act received the approval of the Hon’ble President on 20 April, 1993. The Government notified 1 June 1993 as the date from which the said Act became operative. By virtue of this act, KBSK became a Local Authority and was approved by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Income Tax, Government of India (PAN Card No. - AAALK0959N) as Local Authority under Section 139 A of the Income Tax Act. 1961.
Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship recognizes KBSK as a Training Partner and NSDC accredited the file in order from PMO. KBSK is the Ministerial partner (TP ID: TP053837) of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Development, Government of India. view More
